Hello, my name is Craig Schmidt and I would like to welcome you to  Woodturning Expressions.  This site is dedicated to the art of woodturning.  I got started turning after taking a 3 day turning course at a local woodcraft store.  My modest little studio is located in House Springs, Mo.  I am a member of the Festus Woodturners Club and am currently the club President. I am constantly continuing to educate myself and learn different turning techniques and styles.  I love teaching others how to turn wood.
